Christ Church Cathedral (Vancouver)

Christ Church Cathedral is the Anglican cathedral in Vancouver, British Columbia; one of two cathedrals in the Diocese of New Westminster. It is located on West Georgia Street in Vancouver, on land bought from the Canadian Pacific Railway. The corner-stone of the cathedral was laid on July 28, 1894, with the cathedral being dedicated on February 17, 1895.
The current dean and rector of the Cathedral is Peter Elliot.
The former dean and rector, until 1994, was Michael Ingham, who now Bishop of the Diocese of New Westminster.
