Chatelherault Country Park

Chatelherault Country Park is a Park in Hamilton, Scotland. Its name is derived from the French town of Châtellerault, the title Duc de Châtellerault being held by the Duke of Hamilton.
The ruins of Cadzow Castle lie at the top of a gorge overlooking the River Avon. Other notable buildings include the Duke of Hamilton's old hunting lodge, restored in the 1990s; and the Duke of Hamilton monument.
A herd of Cadzow cattle are in the fields overlooked by the hunting lodge.
