Cedarville University

Located in southwestern Ohio, Cedarville University is home to over 3,000 Christian students. Cedarville is an accredited, Christ-centered, Baptist university of arts, sciences, professional, and graduate programs. Cedarville is established on a beautiful 400 acre (1.6 km²) campus.

Cedarville has the following opportunities to offer our students in the area of quality academics:

-well-rounded, challenging Christian education with majors in over 100 programs of study
-210 full-time faculty and 70 adjunct professors

Spiritual growth at Cedarville University

Cedarville offers a unique opportunity to worship God and serve others in the midst of your college experience. Various aspects of this include:

-taking required Bible courses to help you understand the most important Book,
-hearing outstanding, relevant Christian speakers in daily chapel services,
-volunteering for service in any of over 150 local and worldwide ministries such as:

         o Community ministries
         o Correctional ministries
         o Hospital ministries
         o Tutoring ministries
         o Traveling singing, drama, and puppet ministries
         o Spring Break and summer ministries and Missions Involvement Services trips


Student involvement in Cedarville University

Cedarville offers many unique opportunities to get involved while you are a student. These activities include:

-Concerts, plays, musicals, student organizations, athletics, weekend trips and all-school parties.
-The university yearbook, The Miracle, is student-run, as well as the campus newspaper, Cedars,
-Theatrical productions are performed each semester; student tryouts are very popular.
-There's also a student-run radio station for those with interest in electronic media!


Affordability

Cedarville University ranks in the Top Ten Midwest College buys according to US News & World Report. You will find our costs to be well below the average for accredited Christian liberal arts colleges and universities.
