Cedar Fair L.P is publicly traded company that owns and operates amusement parks in North America. Their parks include Cedar Point, Valleyfair!, Knott's Berry Farm, Dorney Park, Geauga Lake, Worlds of Fun, and Michigan's Adventure. They also managed Camp Snoopy in the Mall of America until 2005, when the Mall took over management of the park itself[1] (http://twincities.bizjournals.com/twincities/stories/2005/01/03/daily53.html). Cedar Fair's name is constructed from the names of its first two parks, Cedar Point and Valleyfair.
On March 10th, 2004, Cedar Fair acquired Six Flags Worlds of Adventure in Aurora, Ohio and renamed the park Geauga Lake.
