Castle Point is a census-designated place located in St. Louis County, Missouri. As of the 2000 census, the CDP had a total population of 4,559.

Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 4,559 people, 1,408 households, and 1,163 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 2,551.1/km² (6,653.9/mi²). There are 1,571 housing units at an average density of 879.1/km² (2,292.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 9.54% White, 88.66% African American, 0.31% Native American, 0.04% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.04% from other races, and 1.40% from two or more races. 0.42% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 1,408 households out of which 44.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 36.7% are married couples living together, 40.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 17.4% are non-families. 14.8% of all households are made up of individuals and 3.7% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 3.24 and the average family size is 3.55.
In the CDP the population is spread out with 37.6% under the age of 18, 9.6% from 18 to 24, 25.9% from 25 to 44, 20.7% from 45 to 64, and 6.3% who are 65 years of age or older.
