Casnovia Township is a township located in Muskegon County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 2,652.
Communities
- The village of Casnovia lies partially within the township on Michigan State Highway 46 and Michigan State Highway 37 at the eastern edge of the township.

Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 92.7 km² (35.8 mi²). 92.4 km² (35.7 mi²) of it is land and 0.3 km² (0.1 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.34% water.
Demographics
As of the census2 of 2000, there are 2,652 people, 881 households, and 702 families residing in the township. The population density is 28.7/km² (74.3/mi²). There are 955 housing units at an average density of 10.3/km² (26.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the township is 94.34% White, 0.00% African American, 0.38% Native American, 0.11% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 3.39% from other races, and 1.77% from two or more races. 5.58% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 881 households out of which 40.9% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.8% are married couples living together, 5.7% have a female householder with no husband present, and 20.3% are non-families. 15.4% of all households are made up of individuals and 6.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.97 and the average family size is 3.32.
