Cardiff City Football Club is a football team based in Cardiff. They currently play in the Football League Championship. No Sleeping Giants
Their current ground is Ninian Park, but the club are in the process of planning and construcing a new stadium to be located opposite the old one. They are in talks over appointing a new manager. The existing Chairman of the club is the well-known Lebanese businessman Sam Hammam.
They are one of a handful of Welsh sides to play in the English football league system, rather than the Welsh system, and are currently the highest placed of those Welsh sides.
