CBeebies is a British television channel produced by the BBC and aimed at children under 6. Launched on February 11, 2002 it broadcasts from 0600 to 1900 on Freeview (where it shares bandwidth with BBC Four, broadcast after 1900), cable and digital satellite. The CBBC Channel is its sister channel for older children.
