Bunche Park is a census-designated place located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. As of the 2000 census, the CDP had a total population of 3,972.
In 2003 this CDP was incorporated into the city of Miami Gardens.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.0 km² (0.8 mi²). 2.0 km² (0.8 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 3,972 people, 1,350 households, and 981 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 2,017.9/km² (5,240.0/mi²). There are 1,432 housing units at an average density of 727.5/km² (1,889.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 1.36% White, 96.45% African American, 0.08% Native American, 0.13% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.63% from other races, and 1.36% from two or more races. 3.05% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 1,350 households out of which 25.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 29.7% are married couples living together, 34.4% have a female householder with no husband present, and 27.3% are non-families. 24.1% of all households are made up of individuals and 13.8% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.93 and the average family size is 3.45.
In the CDP the population is spread out with 28.4% under the age of 18, 7.9% from 18 to 24, 24.7% from 25 to 44, 17.7% from 45 to 64, and 21.3% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 38 years. For every 100 females there are 83.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 75.9 males.
The median income for a household in the CDP is $25,898, and the median income for a family is $28,645. Males have a median income of $25,677 versus $22,259 for females. The per capita income for the CDP is $11,438. 27.0% of the population and 22.5% of families are below the poverty line. Out of the total population, 38.4% of those under the age of 18 and 20.2% of those 65 and older are living below the poverty line.
