Buffalo is a town located in Harper County, Oklahoma. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 1,200. It is the county seat of Harper CountyTemplate:GR.
Geography
Buffalo is located at 36°50'13" North, 99°37'44" West (36.836861, -99.628934)Template:GR.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 2.1 km² (0.8 mi²). 2.1 km² (0.8 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.
