Buckhead is a town located in Morgan County, Georgia. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 205.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 2.1 km² (0.8 mi²). 2.1 km² (0.8 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 205 people, 68 households, and 55 families residing in the town. The population density is 98.9/km² (257.5/mi²). There are 81 housing units at an average density of 39.1/km² (101.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 65.37% White, 29.27% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 5.37% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 2.93% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 68 households out of which 41.2% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.6% are married couples living together, 11.8% have a female householder with no husband present, and 19.1% are non-families. 14.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 5.9% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 3.01 and the average family size is 3.36.

Buckhead is also the name of an upscale northern section within the city of Atlanta, sometimes called Buckhead Village to differentiate it. The two names are a coincidence and are not related.
