Brad Wall
|
Brad Wall is a Canadian politician who was appointed the Leader of the Saskatchewan Party on March 15, 2004, after being the only candidate declared.
Brad's roots are in the Progressive Conservative Party of Grant Devine, having worked as a Ministerial Assistant to cabinet member John Gerich. He is seen by some to take less of a hard-nosed ideological approach to leadership than his predecessor, although he is fervently opposed to public sector investment in the economy to create jobs.
He replaces Elwin Hermanson, whose party lost the 2003 provincial election by two seats to the Saskatchewan New Democratic Party.
