The date of first compilation is unknown. Its content strechtes from 500 AD down to early 11th century. The recent edition was compiled in early Ratanakosindra period - Silajaruek Sukhothai (Stone Inscriptions form Sukhothai kingdom)
There are hundred of stone inscriptions that were contemporary with the existence of Sukhothai kingdom, among the most important inscription are Silajaruek Pokhun ramkamhaeng (Stone Inscription of King Ramkamhaeng), Silajaruek Wat Srichum an account on history of the region itself and of Srilanka, Silajaruek Wat pamamuang Politico-Religious record of King Lithai - Pongsawadarn Krung Sri Ayutthaya (Chronicles of Ayutthaya)
