Robert Graham Marshall-Andrews (born April 10, 1944) is an English politician and barrister. He is Labour member of Parliament for Medway in south east England.
He entered Parliament in the 1997 general election and is from the left-wing of the Labour Party - and is a member of the Socialist Campaign Group. He has rebelled against the government on a number of issues, mainly legal ones. He wishes to see the House of Lords abolished and the United Kingdom become unicameral.
At the 2005 general election, he ostensibly went on national television to announce his defeat and launched a scathing attack on Tony Blair. He subsequently pulled through, winning the seat with a majority of just 213 votes.
