Beaver Township is a township in Bay County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 2,806.

- Beaver is a small unincorporated community in the northeast portion of the township, on the north branch Kawkawlin River at the corners of Sections 11, 12, 13 and 14. It is at Template:Coor dms. The FIPS place code is 06520 and the elevation is 631 feet above sea level.
- Duel is a small unincorporated community in the northwest portion of the township, at the corners of Sections 7, 8, 15 and 16. It is at Template:Coor dms. The FIPS place code is 23240 and the elevation is 640 feet above sea level.
- Willard is a small unincorporated community in the south-central portion of the township, at the corners of Sections 27, 28, 33 and 34. It is at Template:Coor dms. The FIPS place code is 87360 and the elevation is 618 feet above sea level.
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 91.6 km² (35.4 mi²). 91.6 km² (35.4 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.
Demographics
As of the census2 of 2000, there are 2,806 people, 968 households, and 787 families residing in the township. The population density is 30.6/km² (79.3/mi²). There are 998 housing units at an average density of 10.9/km² (28.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the township is 98.82% White, 0.00% African American, 0.14% Native American, 0.18% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.43% from other races, and 0.43% from two or more races. 1.46% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 968 households out of which 36.1% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 73.0% are married couples living together, 5.4% have a female householder with no husband present, and 18.6% are non-families. 15.1% of all households are made up of individuals and 6.3% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.86 and the average family size is 3.17.
In the township the population is spread out with 25.4% under the age of 18, 8.6% from 18 to 24, 29.5% from 25 to 44, 24.9% from 45 to 64, and 11.4% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 38 years. For every 100 females there are 98.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 99.8 males.
