Asterias is a genus of the Asteriidae family of starfish (also known as sea stars). It includes several of the best-known species of starfish, including the (Atlantic) Common starfish (Asterias rubens) and the Northern Pacific seastar (Asterias amurensis). Template:Wikispecies
