Arthur Hoffmann

Arthur Hoffmann (June 18, 1857 - July 23, 1927) was a Swiss politician.
He was elected to the Federal Council of Switzerland on April 4, 1911 and resigned on June 19, 1917. He was affiliated to the Free Democratic Party.
During his office time he held the following departments:
- Department of Justice and Police (1911)
- Military Department (1912 - 1913)
- Political Department (1914 - 1917)
He was President of the Confederation in 1914.
