Andrew Mackinlay

Andrew MacKinlay (born 24 April 1949) is a British politician. He has been the member of Parliament for Thurrock since 1992 and is a member of the Labour Party.
He previously unsuccesfully stood for Labour in the 1983 General Election for Croydon Central and in the 1984 European Elections for the London South & Surrey East division.
In 2003 he famously described David Kelly as "chaff" during Dr. Kelly's appearance before the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Committee.
