Alma is a city located in Buffalo County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 942. It is the county seat of Buffalo CountyTemplate:GR. The city is located within the Town of Alma.
Geography
Alma is located at 44°20'24" North, 91°55'27" West (44.340068, -91.924432)Template:GR.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 20.2 km² (7.8 mi²). 15.2 km² (5.9 mi²) of it is land and 5.0 km² (1.9 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 24.81% water.
