4Kids TV
|
4Kids TV, formerly the FoxBox is a partnership between FOX Broadcasting and 4Kids Entertainment. It is Fox's newest Saturday morning programming block, targeting kids and tweens channel since Fox Kids left FOX due to financial issues.
The former name was a combination of FOX and the box (i.e. TV). Most of the shows that are aired on 4Kids TV are licensed shows by 4Kids Entertainment, anime, and family/children's shows from other countries, except for Stargate Infinity, and Pirate Islands.
Specials have also been broadcast; for example UltraDay, featuring Ultraman Shows.
4Kids TV is now available in many parts of the world. The name was changed from "Fox Box" to "4Kids TV", and the new name first appeared on January 22, 2005.
The name change also gave a new logo for 4Kids; changing their initial corporate logo from 1998 to a corporate version of the 4Kids TV logo.
