My real name is Benjamin Mullins. I was born on January 28, 1988 in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. I'm a military dependant, and have been moving around the country for most of my life. Over the years, I've lived in North and South Carolina, Minnesota, Colorado, Washington, Mississippi, and Alaska. I currently live in the Phoenix metropolitan area in Arizona.
My interests include linguistics, literature, and history.
Lately I've been taking French classes.
I've also recently developed an interest (as of around February 2004) in poker, and have been playing online for play money lately. I have developed a skill which I unmodestly rate as above-average. I mostly play Texas hold 'em, but I find Omaha hold'em interesting (if mildly confusing) and stud poker somewhat dull.
I took my handle from the preface of A Wrinkle in Time several years ago. Kairos (καιρός) is the Greek word for qualitative time, compare chronos.
