- I don't understand this. Chang said explicitly he will not change his surname to Chiang, and the official ROC Who's-who (http://www.gio.gov.tw/taiwan-website/5-gp/who/who2.htm) calls him John Chang too. It doesn't make sense that his own official page would go against his own wish. Maybe the graphic artist got confused?
