It is located next to the Pont de l'Estacade.
To what is this referring? I don't know of any bridge by this name. It is the Champlain Bridge that's located next to an ice structure (estacade). - Montrealais

- "utter toponomic nonsense"?? Is this a serious encyclopedia or a non-serious encyclopedia? If this is a serious encyclopedia, then it's important to be precise. - Oh, you should have mentionned that in the first place. Because of this "utter toponomic nonsense" it hadn't struck me that there was a mistake. I have corrected it now to the official, nonsensical spelling. --Valmi 15:13, 3 Sep 2004 (UTC)
OK, here's some facts. Most Quebec odonyms don't have an official English-language form. However, since this bridge is run by a federal body (http://www.pjcci.ca/), it does have an official English-language name: Jacques Cartier Bridge. - Montréalais 03:40, 12 May 2005 (UTC)
