Talk:Ernst Moritz Arndt University of Greifswald

This university (Ernst) is not very famous at all. No one outside Europe knows about it. Is it worth a page on Wikipedia? I think we should remove this.
This isn't an American Wikipedia. You can list it on WP:VFD if you want, but I don't think you'll get support. RickK 05:37, Jul 2, 2004 (UTC)
About the anonymous person
- It is listed on the list of oldest universities, it is linked to on various partner university sites. Also, it is known in Europe, even more in Northern Europe. By the way, the Dartmouth College is certainly not very well known in Europe although it is a member of the Ivy League. What kind of criterium is that - it's not well known?? A Gutenberg Bible at Ernst Moritz Arndt University of Greifswald
Hello Sky, I am editing the article about Gutenberg in the Spanish Wikipedia and noticed that the Bible that you mention is owned by the EMAU is not listed in the German article about Gutenberg Bibles. Perhaps you ought to verify and make the correction, wherever there is an error. Lcgarcia 06:24, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Hello again Sky, you are right. According to Henriette, in Greifswald there is a 36-line Gutenberg Bible, one of only 4 of this type world-wide. The German Gutenberg Bible page has been corrected already. Lcgarcia 21:50, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
