I'd say this goes against the normal idea of not getting involved in British/American spelling questions on WP.

Well, it could be called Erlanger Programm, supposing that's correct German; or 'Erlangen program', or 'Erlangen programme'.

according to this link (http://www.math.washington.edu/~king/coursedir/m445w04/class/01-21-dweg-klein.html), Erlangen is the prevalent form, Erlanger is the german adjectival form. google results are higher for "Erlangen program" than "erlangen program"
