Please review the Soviet Invasion of Afghanistan, page for ways we can clarify, expand and improve the information contained herein. The 'Invasion' page would be better utilized as a timeline, and as a link from the main DRoA article. In addition, some of the information (bullet points on the costs and effects especially) would make a great addition to the DRoA article. What does anyone think?
A LOT of the text here needs to be moved to Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. This article is too long and will be unloadable for some people. Anyone, feel free to proceed. --Jiang 08:14, 8 Aug 2003 (UTC)
