This is the first sentence of the article:
- "Though the term Crusty was only ever used half seriously by the British music press, as it is a very vague term, it is referred to by this term by the majority of the indie community."

- looks more like it's about a 'scene', or the 'word', than the music... Blair P. Houghton
- It's very much to do with a 'culture' rather than a particular genre of music (although a genre of music does go with the culture), and it was a very frequently used term in the UK during the 1980's and 1990's, sometimes derogatory, sometimes celebratory (depending on who was using it and when). As such I don't think the article needs renaming, and I don't think it should be NPOV disputed either. It just needs to be edited a bit. I'll do some when I get the time! The article should probably give some prominence to the association between "crusties" and the free party scene from the 90's to present day. In particular, people who might - perhaps pejoratively - be described as "crusties" remain the driving force behind the majority of hardtek and gabba parties in the UK.
