Youngtown is a town located in Maricopa County, Arizona. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 3,010.

The racial makeup of the town is 88.90% White, 1.36% Black or African American, 0.50% Native American, 0.60% Asian, 0.27% Pacific Islander, 7.24% from other races, and 1.13% from two or more races. 12.72% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 1,641 households out of which 7.7% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 35.5% are married couples living together, 8.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 54.5% are non-families. 50.3% of all households are made up of individuals and 36.6% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 1.74 and the average family size is 2.48.
