Winchester is a town located in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 424.

Winchester is located at 35°47'55" North, 95°59'46" West (35.798601, -95.996241)Template:GR.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 11.7 km² (4.5 mi²). 11.7 km² (4.5 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 424 people, 153 households, and 123 families residing in the town. The population density is 36.3/km² (94.0/mi²). There are 169 housing units at an average density of 14.5/km² (37.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 83.73% White, 0.71% African American, 6.37% Native American, 0.24% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 2.83% from other races, and 6.13% from two or more races. 6.60% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 153 households out of which 31.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.0% are married couples living together, 6.5% have a female householder with no husband present, and 19.6% are non-families. 17.0% of all households are made up of individuals and 3.9% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.77 and the average family size is 3.08.
