Wilhelm Kinsky

Count Wilhelm Kinsky of Wichinitz (known in (Czech as Count Vilém Kinsky´ z Vchynic), was born on February 25, 1574.
The Kinsky family were members of the Bohemian aristocracy, in 1628 he was elevated to Count (in the Czech peerage) when the Wallenstein Family, to which he was connected were ennobled.
Wilhelm Kinsky was killed at Egerin 1634, in the plot to assassinate Field Marshal Albrecht von Wallenstein of the Imperial Austrian Army.
One of Kinsky's descendants, Count Oktavian Kinsky, founded the world famous Kinsky-horse breeding Stud in Bohemia.
