Weston Reserve University is accredited by the royal family of Kuwait and awards degrees for "vocational experience" and course work. According to its critics, its name sounds confusingly similar to that of Case Western Reserve University, there appears to be no affiliation to CWRU. This organization does not appear on UNESCO's list of accredited universities in Kuwait, which UNESCO states is taken directly from the Kuwaiti authorities as this IAU list does not mention distant learning universities at all.
