Walton is a village now in Milton Keynes, England. It is located about a mile to the west of Woburn Sands, near Simpson and Walton Hall.
The village name is a common one in England, and is Anglo Saxon in origin, meaning either 'village of the Britons' (wale being a word meaning Briton) or 'walled village'. In the Domesday Book of 1086 the village was recorded as Waletone. Template:UK-geo-stub
