Hi there - thanks for your nice note. No complaints at all about nominating that article for deletion. I was a bit unsure about the whole thing, with some hope that if I listed it, someone might find the reference, nail down its current status, and rewrite it as a proper article. I believe I was hasty in pronouncing it a hoax. Better I should have said absolutely unverifiable by Google. None of the title terms, and none of the major terms in the articles received a single Google hit, leading me to think someone was making something up. If I am wrong, I stand corrected.
