I'm a student studying computer science at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. I have many jobs, including information services for a local ambulance service, web development for the College of Liberal Arts (http://www.cla.umn.edu/) at the U of M, and various individuals, including Ancient Imports (http://www.ancientimports.com/).
I've done this online volunteer thing a few times before. The first was when GeoCities still had a Community Leader program. (My first ever URL still exists in the BourbonStreet neighborhood. [1] (http://www.geocities.com/BourbonStreet/8459/)) After that fiasco, I started editing at the Open Directory Project where I eventually became an editall. I was a perennial nominee for the 'Oddest Nickname' award. I no longer edit there, as I've asked for complete removal of my account. Today, I'm mostly working or attending class, but I've found myself editing Wikipedia articles more and more often.
I occasionally tinker with scripts and programs (including my own installation of MediaWiki), and it's evolved into a paying hobby. Probably the biggest collection of scripts would be the weather (http://wheresmysocks.net/weather/) page. Way back when, I wrote a freeware program called RGBhex (http://wheresmysocks.com/).
You can find more about me at wheresmysocks.net or kendrickerickson.com. Also, I can't write anything about myself with any sense of coherence, as you can plainly see.
To Do List
Just a bunch of stuff I want to do in the future.
