I am an editor with Windhorse Publications (http://www.windhorsepublications.com/) which is based in Birmingham, England. Windhorse specializes in books on Buddhism and meditation, and I contribute to articles related to Buddhism.
Before joining Windhorse I cut my teeth by transcribing seminars on Buddhism (before the days of word-processors), and working on The Catonsville Roadrunner alternative Christianity magazine, and before that I worked on Young Quaker magazine. I bought my first typewriter at a jumble sale in 1959, which was heavier than my current desktop PC.
In the seventies I worked for some years at Goddard & Gibbs stained glass studios, then based in Shoreditch, East London. In 1982 I was awarded the Diploma of the Faculty of Astrological Studies and I occasionally drop in on the astrology pages.

- February 11, 2004: Created article on Ambedkar.
- March 19, 2004: Created article on Edward Conze.
- April 8, 2004: Expanded stub on Rebirth_(Buddhist).

- April 11, 2004: Created article on House (astrology).
- April 12, 2004: Created article on Astrological sign.
- April 17, 2004: Pottered around with various Birmingham pages.
- April 18, 2004: Found myself creating an article on Victoria Coach Station. I really must get out more.
- April 19, 2004: Created stub for Totley Tunnel. The late nineteenth century was a very exciting time.
- May 17, 2004: Created article for Radio Luxembourg, simply because I couldn't believe there wasn't one already. The fifties was an interesting time too.
- June 19, 2004: Created stub for George Cadbury. (I live near Bournville)
- June 19, 2004: Created stub for model village.
Since then I haven't had so much spare time available, and tend to copy edit Wikipedia at random when I'm too tired to concentrate on more serious work. I like to hunt down misplaced apostrophes, and misplaced instances of "only", which in most instances should immediately precede the thing to which it applies.
- November 28, 2004: Created stub for Champion the Wonder Horse.
- February 26, 2005: Came last in an aggressive game of Squatter last night but was sufficiently inspired to create stub.
