ShadowDragon (born 1986), also known as Neal Finne (IPA 'ni:əl 'fIni, French Neal Finne), is a famous Wikipedian. He just finished his associate's degree as a Running Start student. He will be attending the University of Washington for Computer Science starting in Fall 2004. After he graduates, he hopes to study in Europe, preferably in a francophone country. Like a Gand, he is talking about himself in the third person.
