A Quick Bio
I was born in Kentucky, USA and have been a resident ever since. As of now, I am a student hot air balloon pilot, founding member of the Louisville Poker Club (see Links section), the founder of the Blog of Wonderful Random Things (see Links section), part owner, president, and CEO of 1+1=4 Productions (see Links section for our webcomic), and a First Class Boy Scout. I am also a "passive blogger." (see links)
How I came to WP
I stumbled across Wikipedia while Googling on July 24, 2004. At first, I didn't pay much attention to Wikipedia because I already had Encarta for my encyclopedia needs. As I browsed Wikipedia, I came across the Hot air balloon page and, as ballooning is a major part of my life, I noticed a few errors. The fact that I could immediatly correct these things was what grabbed me into Wikipedia. I was immediatly hooked. Since that point, I have never used any other encyclopedia to date.

Harry Potter Article Images Project
Update: As of June 2, 2005 the HPAIP has merged with WikiProject Harry Potter
I started this organization on May 13, 2005 as a project where members would monitor, add, and update any Harry Potter-related article with new photos as they were released.
Tasks
The HPAIP will be working to monitor and add images to any HP article on Wikipedia needing a image or images.
As the movie series of HP continues the HPAIP will add new headshots of each character to their respective infoboxes. All images used will (if possible) be of a higher resolution, and no noticeably pixelated images will be used.
If a photo that is all ready on the page does not clearly show the character then it will be replaced and moved to a different part of the article.
