Photos to scan
Some pictures I've taken that I intend to add as soon as I can use a friend's scanner:
- Cranes:
- Panavia Tornado (The pictures are rather low quality, but do include views with wings extended and retracted.)
- F-117 Nighthawk
- Aerial refueling
- Stonehenge (already has a few pictures, I might just skip it.)
- Bath, England
- Oxford, England / J. R. R. Tolkien
- Yak if it doesn't already have one
- Oh bloody, I'm going to have to write the article too, aren't I? Unfortunately, I don't know Yak....
- Image:H-R diagram.png Not an actual photo to scan, but a diagram that could use some tweaking
WikiProject Astronomical objects
- Perhaps to add to the astronomical body infoboxes in "Observational data" or something like that:
- Surface brightness
- Range of apparent magnitude (for Solar System bodies)
- Range of angular size and/or angular area (for Solar System bodies)
- Maximum elongation (for bodies with orbits entirely within Earth's)
- Possibly move from other sections: albedo, [[absolute magnitude#Absolute_Magnitude_for_planets_.28H.29|]] (planetary meaning, for Solar System bodies)
Pages I just like
- Orders of magnitude
- Various physics and math topics:
- Wikipedia:Rouse History of Mathematics
- List of Latin phrases
Possible future pet projects
- Babylon 5 & related
- <math>\delta v = v_{exhaust} \cdot ln \left( {m_0 \over m_0 - m_F} \right) <math>
- <math>m_0<math> is total original mass, <math>m_F<math> is mass of fuel consumed
- What's the appropriate article for this one?
