Hello Everybody.
Messages to me should be on User talk:DJ Clayworth.
My real name is David Clayworth. I'm British, but I'm currently living in Ontario, Canada, where I program computers (predictable or what?).
I expected to be doing lots of work on Christianity and Theatre, but it seems that I've started doing a lot of work on World War II. Strangely this hugely popular part of history is horribly neglected on Wikipedia, in the sense of detailed descriptions of major incidents, and I'm happy to help correct that.
My ambition on Wikipedia was never to make any contribution to a page involving Star Trek, but it seems I made a small edit to Phaser. OK, no more.
Some of the things I have worked on:
- List of aircraft of the RAF
- De Havilland Chipmunk
- BAE Hawk
- Westland Whirlwind (rotary wing)
- H-3 Sea King
- Vickers Vimy
- Alcock and Brown
- Gloster Gladiator
- World War II
- Battle of Normandy
- Operation Husky
- Pegasus Bridge
- Operation Tonga
- Battle of Leyte Gulf
- Allied invasion of Italy
- Cornelius Ryan
- Gustav Line
- Boat Race
- Bumps race
- Tripos
- The Algiers Motel Incident
- Bond girl
- Felix Leiter
- Atomic Energy Research Establishment
- John Cockcroft
- Born again
I do a lot of reviewing of edits. In my spare time I'm trying to flesh out Operation Torch, currently a very poor short article by comparison with Battle of Normandy and Allied invasion of Italy. Please feel free to come and help.
