Trainer is a borough located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. As of the 2000 census, the borough had a total population of 1,901.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 3.5 km² (1.3 mi²). 2.7 km² (1.1 mi²) of it is land and 0.7 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 20.90% water.
Demographics
