Toto IV was the fourth album by American pop-rock band Toto, released in 1982 (see 1982 in music).
The album won Grammy Awards for Album of the Year and Engineered Recording. The album reached #2 on Billboard's 1982 Pop Albums chart and #174 in 1983 on Billboards Top 200 chart. The singles "Africa" and "I Won't Hold You Back" reached #1 on the pop and adult contemporary charts while "Rosanna" (inspired by the relationship between Steve Porcaro and actress Rosanna Arquette) hit #2.
