Toaplan
|
Toaplan was a video game developer from Japan. They were responsible for the creation of a wide array of relatively famous scrolling shooters and arcade games, yet the company declared bankruptcy in 1994.
Today, they are best known for Zero Wing, the source of the "All your base are belong to us" phenomenon. Other games from Toaplan include Tiger Heli, Flying Shark, Twin Cobra and Out Zone. As it may be difficult to find these games in their original form, a common way to play them now is usually in an arcade emulator such as Shark Emulator or MAME.
