Thomas Todd (23 January 1765 – 7 February 1826) was an American attorney and U.S. Supreme Court justice.
Todd was born in King and Queen County, Virginia; he was the youngest of five children.
He was appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1807 by President Thomas Jefferson after Congress raised the number of seats on the court to seven. Todd served as a Supreme Court Justice until his death in Frankfurt, Kentucky 1826.
