Techstep is a dark, industrial-driven form of drum and bass. Irregular, dense bass drum patterns and rolling basslines distinguish the style and earn it the description of having a "techy" feel. It is never slow and rarely uses instruments that have not been processed by effects. Notable artists include Ed Rush and Andy C.
