Tavistock is a Walsh Act borough located in Camden County, New Jersey. As of the 2000 census, the borough had a total population of 24.
Tavistock was formed from Haddonfield for the purpose of allowing the Tavistock Country Club the ability to serve alcoholic beverages. Haddonfield is a dry borough.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.6 km² (0.2 mi²). 0.6 km² (0.2 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.
Tavistock borders Barrington, Haddonfield, and Lawnside.
Tavistock is the one of the smallest municipalities in New Jersey.
