Its an interesting little article, but I really wonder whether this deserves an encyclopedia entry. Its not really a concept. Its just an insult, or joke. Should we putevery racial/social categorical insult that exists in Wikipedia? I'm not really certain of the guidelines here - maybe you just put in anything anyone can think of.

- I think it has some value, at least for now- someone encountering the reference in Buchanan's speech or elsewhere might reasonably want to look it up to find out what it refers to. It's silly, yes, but it has some current relevance.
