Talk:EDonkey2000

This is a nice start. What I'd like to know as a reader is how this system differs from the Gnutella, Hotline, or other systems. That would include social differences (what sorts of files are popularly traded? Movies? Software? Images?) as well as technical ones. --FOo
Seeing that aMule (http://amule.sf.net) has become quite popular, shouldn't a link be added too? --Ayman
- I added some text for aMule, and a link. --Ayman
Title
- The title of this article is incorrect because of technical limitations. The correct title is eDonkey2000.
The whole Edonkey / Overnet-thing is confusing. The article states "eDonkey2000 client is not "eDonkey" any more. It supports only Overnet Network by default" ...
only to later specify that
" In 2004, MetaMachines announced it would stop the development of Overnet to concentrate on eDonkey2000"
This seems a little contradictory.
