The Symphony No. 15 in A major (Opus 141) by Dmitri Shostakovich was written in 1971 and first performed in Moscow on 8 January 1972 by the All-Union Radio and Television Symphony Orchestra under Maxim Shostakovich.

Though written for a large orchestra, the symphony is scored quite delicately, almost like chamber music, with a large but quiet battery of percussion adding to the unusual colorings. It is filled with cryptic allusions to music of Gioacchino Rossini, Richard Wagner, and Gustav Mahler and ranks as one of Shostakovich's most unusual works.ja:交響曲第15番 (ショスタコーヴィチ)
