Sungkyunkwan University

Template:Infobox Korean university Sungkyunkwan University, in Seoul, is one of South Korea's most prestigious institutions of higher learning. A satellite campus, offering instruction in the natural sciences, is located in Suwon. Sungkyunkwan was founded in 1398 by royal decree to promote the study of Confucianism. After World War II, the university was re-established as a private institution.
