Steve Tibbetts

Steve Tibbetts is a Minneapolis based American guitarist known for an original approach to both composing and sound-forming. He was born in Madison in 1954. He utilizes both acoustic and electric guitar. His musical compositions includes several genres and styles, perhaps most notably jazz, rock, fusion and world music, and often more than one genre or style in one composititon. He released several albums in the 1980s, after that he released one in 1994 and one in 2002. He has also done albums with other artists, including Knut Hamre and Marc Anderson.
